Introduction 1. Sizes: 6 1/4'' to 13 3/4''is available. 2. Application: Special designed for mine drilling. 3. Cutting structure:Reinforcing the comprehensive mechanical properties of cutting tooth by using high quality tungsten carbide inserts of new formula and new techniques of insert bit. Unique widened crest insert improved the bit aggressivity and penetration rate. 4. Gauge protection structure:The multiple heel position with gauge trimmer on the heel, tungsten carbide and hardfacing on the shirttail, strengthened spear point will enhance the gauge protection. 5. Bearing structure: Air-cooled rolling bearing and sealed bearing are adopted for customers to choose, so as to optimize the matching gap between tooth claw, tooth wheel and steel ball, and minimize the chance of tooth loss accidents underground.

According to cutting material, Tricone bit can be divided into TCI bit and Steel tooth Bit.  
 
TCI bit adopts high-strength and high-toughness hard alloy teeth, optimized design of tooth row number, tooth number, tooth exposure height, and unique alloy tooth shape, giving full play to TCI bit's high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability.
New wear-resistant material is applied to weld the tooth surface of the Steel tooth bit, which can maintain the high penetration rate of the Steel tooth bit and improve the life of the cutting tooth of the bit.
