This is especially effective when operating with lower-power drilling machines or when the intended end-hole is significantly large.
2. Our hole opener solutions can be customized to match the rock hardness, drilling depth,
pilot hole dimensions, and end-hole dimensions.
3. By incorporating tricone bits as pilot bits, the hole opener transitions into a robust rock bit, ideal for unique sizing in well drilling.
Using tricone bits as pilot bits is particularly beneficial for specialized well drilling dimensions.
4. Our reamers are predominantly constructed with four or more cones for enhanced efficiency.
5. The cutting structure features high-grade tungsten carbide hard facing or premium tungsten carbide inserts,
utilizing advanced formulas and techniques, significantly boosting the reamer's wear-resistance capabilities.
6. The pilot tool employed is a tricone bit.
7. Seal and lubrication: A high-performance HNBR O-ring is utilized for bearing seals, complemented by advanced grease for optimal lubrication.
