Wear Resistant HM Serious Metal Sealed Bearing Tricone Bit Three Roller Bits For Hard Rock

Structural features: Plain bearing metal seal. The new technology of surfacing cemented carbide layer on the surface of the shaft and silver plating on the inner hole of the cone is implemented to improve the bearing bearing capacity, anti-bite ability and stability. This series of insert bit is equipped with spoon tooth, wedge tooth, cone ball tooth and double ball tooth and other tooth shapes. Reasonable selection of tooth shape, so that drilling technology and formation and drill effectively combined to achieve safe and efficient drilling.

Tricone bit information
Tricone bit is mainly used in drilling, exploration, petroleum and trenchless as pilot bit. 
 
According to cutting material, Tricone bit can be divided into TCI bit and Steel tooth Bit.  
 
TCI bit adopts high-strength and high-toughness hard alloy teeth, optimized design of tooth row number, tooth number, tooth exposure height, and unique alloy tooth shape, giving full play to TCI bit's high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability.
New wear-resistant material is applied to weld the tooth surface of the Steel tooth bit, which can maintain the high penetration rate of the Steel tooth bit and improve the life of the cutting tooth of the bit.
